Slicing of a Sprite became never-ending process when Cell size 8 by 8 selected
1. Open the project "SliceTest" which can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11gJw9z3RyJDK_AuQFsF5GSosSe7qhB7O/view?usp=sharing
2. From the project window, select "texturas_esferas" and open Sprite Editor
3. Select Slice and make sure type is set to By cell size and set 8 by 8
4. Press Slice
Expected Result: Sprite should be sliced
Actual Result: Slicing of the Sprite became never-ending process which freezes the Editor
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a21
Working fine on: 2020.1.3f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2018.4.23f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
