[2D Renderer] Point Light 2D keeps the Cookie/Sprite property when upgrading URP from 10.4.0 to 11.0.0 or 12.0.0
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "PointLight.zip" project in 2021.1 or 2021.2
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Point Light 2D with Cookie" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Light 2D Component's properties
Expected result: No Sprite property is in the Light 2D Component when Light Type is set to Point
Actual result: Sprite property is in the Light 2D Component when Light Type is set to Point
Reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.2f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a13)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.24f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.3f1)
Note:
- Select the "Point Light 2D without Cookie" GameObject and notice that no Sprite property is there as a Cookie reference was not assigned in 2020.3 (10.4.0)

Resolution Note:
This is not a bug. Although we deprecated the point light cookie, there was intentional effort to maintain compatibility with projects that might rely on point light cookies.
