[2022.2] Position of the sliders handle is not the same as the value when opening the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “BugReport.zip” project
2. In the Project window, select “New Test.asset” (Assets > Repro > New Test)
3. In the Inspector window, observe the handle position of the element with a 100 value
Expected result: Handle is at the end of a slider
Actual result: Handle is not at the end of a slider
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b6, 2022.2.11f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Note: If setting the handle of a slider to the end and changing the element order, then the handle will get placed not at the end
