[2022.1] NullReferenceException is thrown when viewing the "Platform Settings" of a PSB/PSD file in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-14075” project
2. Select the “Fei-CLONE” PSB file in the Project Browser
3. Drop down the “Platform Settings” section in the Inspector
Expected result: Section drops down without any errors
Actual result: Section drops down; however, the Inspector becomes unresponsive with “NullReferenceException: Max Size: SerializedProperty is null” spammed in the Console log
Reproducible with: 2022.1.13f1, 2022.1.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.39f1 (the “Platform Settings” isn’t featured in this stream)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel)
