Zooming in Scene View slows down and comes to a halt
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Scene View
3. Zoom in with the mouse’s scroll wheel
4. Observe
Expected result: Zooming in continues
Actual result: Zooming in Scene View exponentially slows down
Reproducible with: 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0a10
Reproducible on: M1 Max MacOS 15.1.1
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
This behavior is by design.
This allows to focus more precisely on the selected object.
Changing the active object and focusing on it (F key by default), or using FPS navigation in the scene view are solutions to go around that behavior.
Another solution is also to change the SceneView camera speed to move faster in the view :)
