[XRSDK] [HDRP] Lights stops being rendered when they move away from the origin
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("HDRP_Oculus_LightingTest.zip")
2. Open "LightPlane_AtOrigin" or "LightPlane_NotAtOrigin" scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Lights are rendered
Actual result: Lights stops being rendered after reaching a certain distance
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1, 2020.1.0a24
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.17f1 (Legacy XR)
Notes:
- Tested with Oculus Rift
- Works as expected on HDRP, HDRP + LegacyXR, Scene window
