[XR][XR SDK] Game rendering in HMD breaks when Game window isn't visible or closed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("VRBreakRepro.zip")
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Make Game window invisible (switch tabs) or close it
5. Move HMD around
Expected result: Game rendering in HMD continues
Actual result: Game rendering in HMD is broken
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
Currently in Editor (Editor Play Mode) Rendering is linked to the game view and as such this behavior is expected. The only window which can hide the game view and not affect hmd rendering (If they are in the same window group) is the scene view.
