[XR][Vulkan][URP][Multiview] Left eye is rendered grey while the right eye is black
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Vulkan and Multiview are used
3. Build and Run on Quest
Actual: Left eye is grey and the right eye is black
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a21 URP 8.0.0
Notes:
- On 2019.3.0f6 left eye renders fine and right eye is warped/both eyes black/app crashes
