[XR SDK] XRLoaderHelper GetLoadedSubsystem returns an old subsystem reference when subsystem is restarted after deinitialization
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("StateLoadedSubsystem.zip")
2. Open Test Runner window (Window->General->TestRunner)
3. Select Play mode tab
4. Run All tests
Expected result: LoadedSubsystemFAIL test results in TRUE
Actual result: LoadedSubsystemFAIL test results in FALSE
Reproducible with: XR SDK 3.2.13 (2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a20)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1 (XR SDK not available)
