[XR SDK] VR headset camera near clip value is ignored
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("VR_Near_Clip_Test.zip")
2. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Near value is read from VR Rig -> Headset Game Object
Actual result: Near value is read from the Main Camera Game Object
Reproducible with: 2019.3.3f1, 2020.1.0a25
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1 (XR SDK isn't available)
