[XR SDK] [URP] Vignette post processing effect is overlapping between eyes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("VR Vignette Test.zip")
2. Open the "New Scene 1" scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the HMD view
Expected result: The vignette effect is creating a single tunnel effect
Actual result: Vignette effect is applied the same to both eyes
Reproducible with: URP 7.7.1, 10.5.1, 11.0.0, 12.0.0 (2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9)
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a6 (Console spammed with InvalidOperationException: Insecure connection not allowed)

Still happening in 10.6 Is there any chance for this fix to come to 2020.3?

Also reproducible with Oculus Quest 2 on the built in render pipeline.
