[XR SDK] [Oculus] Editor crashes when OVRPlugin.dll is failed to load
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1318277_Démo NuagePoints 20210301.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Observe, that Console outputs Failed to load OVRPlugin.dll
4. Make HMD is connected
5. Enter Play mode
-- Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 (XR SDK not available)
