[XR][Quest] _WorldSpaceCameraPos in vertex shaders always assumes the left eye
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Quest
3. Observe the wood floor with each eye while the other is closed
Actual: The left side of the floor is out of position in the right eye
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
