[XR][Quest][Multiview][URP] Display goes black upon app launch when using Render Features
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure Multiview is used
3. Build and Run on Quest 1/2
Actual: Upon app launch the display becomes completely black with "OPENGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERROR: GL_INVALID_OPERATION: Operation illegal in current state" errors spammed in the log
Reproducible with: 2020.1.17f1 - URP 8.3.1, 2020.2.4f1 - URP 10.3.1, 2021.1.0b7 - URP 11.0.0, 2021.2.0a4 - URP 12.0.0
