Steps to Repro:
1. Open a new Project
2. Edit > Project setting
3. XR Plug-In Management > Install
4. XR Plug-In Management > View Documentation
Expected Result: hyperlink should constrain to the text size
Actual Result: hyperlink is not constrained to the text size
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a16, 2020.1.0b14, 2019.4.2f1, 2019.3.15f1 (with 3.2.12 package )
Working fine on: 2020.2.0a16, 2020.1.0b14, 2019.4.2f1, 2019.3.15f1 (with 3.2.11- preview.1 package )
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
