Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "XR Plugin Testing.zip" project
2. Load the "Main" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the view in HMD
Expected result: a blue background is rendered (see "expected.png")
Actual result: a black background is rendered (see "actual.png")
Reproducible with: OpenXR 1.1.1, 1.2.0 (2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18)
Could not test with 2018.4, 2019.4 (no OpenXR available)
Notes:
- not reproducible with Oculus XR SDK provider or SteamVR OpenXR runtime
- reproducible both with Single Pass Instanced and Multi Pass render modes
