[XR][Oculus] triggerPressed action is registered when index finger trigger has been lightly touched
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("Input System.zip")
2. Open "Input System" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Make sure HMD is active
5. Lightly touch Index trigger
6. Open Console window
Expected result: triggerPressed action is registered when index finger trigger has been pressed more than halfway
Actual result: triggerPressed action is registered
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1
Not reproducible with: XR SDK 3.2.13 (2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21)

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The legacy implementation is hardcoded to use > 0.25f as its deadzone. This is now 0.5f in the XRSDK packages. To customize the deadzone, the best thing to do is use the analogue trigger value and use the new input system to define the deadzone, or calculate this yourself.
