[XR][Oculus] Canvas and LineRenderer not rendering on Quest when Single Pass Instancing is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project "Project Cards UI Bug.zip"
2. Check in the Project Settings under OpenXR that "Single Pass Instancing" is enabled
3. Build the Addressables content
4. Build and Run for Quest 1/2
5. Observe that the UI isn't showing up for the login sequence (i.e height calibration UI isn't visible). Line renderers for the hands to show what you're pointing at aren't visible either
Expected result: Canvas and LineRenderer are rendered on Quest when Single Pass Instancing is enabled
Actual result: Canvas and LineRenderer are not rendered on Quest when Single Pass Instancing is enabled
Reproduces on: 2020.3.13f1
Does not reproduce on: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.12f1
Couldn't test on 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b9 and 2022.1.0a7 due to the Console errors when building
Notes:
-Issue reproduces on both OpenXR and Oculus providers when SPI is enabled
