[XR Management][Quest] Windows MR settings are included in Android build and errors are thrown
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on a Quest
3. Observe the log
Actual: "Error Unity A scripted object (probably UnityEngine.XR.WindowsMR.WindowsMRSettings?) has a different serialization layout when loading" is thrown in the log
Reproducible with: 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a10
