[XR Interaction Toolkit] OnPointer events does not fire on Game Object children colliders
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1356459_BG.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Using the controller point at the "redCube" Game object
Expected result: Console prints out "Pointer Enter" on hover and "Pointer Exit" when exiting hover action
Actual result: Console does not print anything (see "gXYkQjGCZd.mp4" video)
Reproducible with: XR Interaction Toolkit 1.0.0-pre.5 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a6)
