X509 Certificates Fail to Load When Exported with OpenSSL3
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: Unity Editor is able to load X509 certificates exported with OpenSSL3
Actual result: Unity Editor is not able to load X509 certificates exported with OpenSSL3
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a7
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 10 Pro 22H2
