WWW does not expose response headers for http return code 204
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (SimpleWWWTest_U20172.zip)
2. Open "SimpleWWWTest" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the error in the console
Expected: WWW.responseHeaders is not null when http returns code 204
Reproduced in 2017.1.1p3, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b4
Did not reproduce in 5.6.4f1, 2017.1.1p2
