[WWW][AssetBundles] When downloading asset bundle, Editor hangs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In top menu bar click "Test > Build AssetBundles"
3. On top menu bar click "Test > Open Downloader"
4. Click "zip file (async)" and notice that it loads well
5. Click "asset bundle (async) and notice that console is spammed with "downloading : 1'. This is result of having isDone set to false
6. Click "zip file (sync)"
7. Notice that zip is downloaded well
8. Click "asset bundle (sync)"
9. Actual result - Notice that editor hangs
Expected result: Asset bundle is downloaded same as zip file

Happens in 5.3.4p1 and 5.3.5p8 as well.
Saving the current scene via a keyboard shortcut (⌘S on macOS) also refreshes isDone to the correct state.
This happens to any file download, not just AssetBundles.
UnityEditor.EditorApplication.update += Update;
void Update()
{
if (www.isDone)
{
// www.progress stays at 1.0f forever but isDone stays on false.
// This seem to occur depending on the data that is downloaded.
}
}
This is currently a huge hassle in our production pipeline!
