[wp8] Wack fails with FormatMessageA is not allowed in assembly UnityPlayer.dll
Submitting a WP8 app to the Win Store will fail with "FormatMessageA is not allowed in assembly UnityPlayer.dll"
The same error is thrown when running WACK.
To reproduce:
1. Build any project for WP8
2. Run a WACK on it
3. Notice the error
Does not reproduce with 5.0.0b10
