[WP8] Pause resume takes a lot longer on Win BLU HD
This issue appears to affect the Win BLU HD phone in particular
To reproduce:
1. Open angry bots or any other larger project
2. Build for wp8
3. Deploy to a Win BLU HD phone
4. Pause the game
5. Resume the game
6. Notice that weaker phones resume faster
Resume times:
Pause resume on Lumia 520 - 4.155 seconds
Pause resume on Win BLU HD - 8.800 seconds
Pause-resume works as intended when deploying as a windows phone 8.1 app

Latest issues
- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
- Shader Graph "Zoom Step Size" can be set to 0 even though the zoom still works
- Enabling/Disabling the Deprecated Nodes doesn't apply to the opened Shader Graph unless any Variable is added to the Blackboard
