[WP8.1] Wrong orientation of the second splash screen
When the project is set to use only "Landsacpe Left" orientation in Unity Player Settings, deploying game on Windows Phone 8.1 the second splash screen is displayed in "Portrait Upside Down" orientation.
Reproducible on 5.3.3, 5.4.0.
Expected: both splashscreens should be displayed on the same orientation.
Repro steps:
1. Open "SmallerWSATest".
2. Set platform to WSA Phone 8.1.
3. In "Player Seetings" make sure default orientation is set to "Landscape Left".
4. Build and run generated project on Windows Phone 8.1.
5. Observe splashscreens. First splashscreen will be showed in Landscape Left orientation, the second one in "Portrait Upside Down" orientation.
