WP8 and WSA exported solutions contain all plugins from project's plugin folder
When exporting to WP8 or WSA, solutions should be generated only with its platform plugins(WP8 only with WP8 plugins, WSA only with WSA plugins). But now solutions include all plugins from project's folder, even if there are plugins for android, iOS etc.
In this case, when user is building for WP8, building process stops because of incompatible plugin, even if there is only plugin for android.
