WorldToCell returns offset Y position when in Editor Playmode compared to build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project (Advent.zip)
2. Enter Playmode
3. Observe the red selection indicator's location relative to the mouse cursor
4. Leave Playmode and press Ctrl+Shift+B to open the build settings window
5. Build and run the game
6. Again observe the red selection indicator's location relative to the mouse cursor in the build
Expected result: there is no change in the indicators location between the build an Playmode with the red indicator being centered on the dot in the middle of the selected square
Actual result: the red indicator is offset vertically by half of a square only in the Playmode while being correctly positioned in the build
Reproducible with: 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1 (Can't enter Playmode due to compilation errors)
Note: Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04 and Windows 10
