Recenter is not working on calling InputTracking.Recenter under update method
Steps to Repro:
1. Open attached project
2. Open and run Tracking Features scene
3. Wear on WMR device
4. Gaze at the Recenter
Actual Result:
Recenter is not working
Expected Result:
UI is recentred
