[WindowsMR][Remoting] - With the Enable Mixed Reality Remoting apps fail to launch correclty
With the bool enabled for Enable Mixed Reality Remoting set to true the app when launched will stay as a 2D app and have 2 holographic space creation errors in the log. This tends to break the flow if someone wants to have a scene that is for remoting to a HoloLens will using a MR app. Or has an app for MR and HoloLens capabilities

Repro Steps:
1.) Download repro project
2.) Ensure set up for Windows MR
3.) Enable Mixed Reality Remoting in the build settings
4.) Build the VS SLN file
5.) Use the VS Sln project file to deploy the app to a WMR HMD
Actual:
Enable Remoting enabled causes apps to launch in 2D on WMR HMD's
