Windows Player stuck at start with black screen
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project from Case 1108597 in 2020.2.0a21
2. Switch to PC, Mac & Linux Standalone build target
3. Select "Build_Win64_Profile" asset in the Project window
4. Press the "Build..." button in Inspector
5. Confirm "Do you want to build a Player?" dialog with the "Build" button
6. Run generated Player .exe
Expected result: The player displays a black screen and the game does not start.
Actual result: Game starts
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f4, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0a20
