Windows File Explorer freezes when starting the Asset import process by drag and dropping
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Drag and drop any Asset (that takes a noticeable time to finish the import process) from the Windows File Explorer to the Editors Project window
Expected result: the File Explorer does not freeze while the Asset is being imported
Actual result: the File Explorer freezes until the import process is finished
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0b1
