[Windows] Crash on InputDeviceIOCTL with DS4 + Strike Pack Eliminator
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the Input System package using the Package Manager
3. Connect a PS4 Controller and the Strike Pack Eliminator
Expected result: The Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with Input 1.3.0: 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1b5, 22.2a5
Doesn't crash on MacOS

For now this addon for the DS4 controller can be considered to be not supported.
