[Windows 7] Crash on WindowsVideoMedia::CopyToRGBA when importing video file
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import "SampleVideo_1280x720_1mb.mp4"
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.1.2f1.
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a14, 2019.1.1f1, 2018.3.14f1.
Notes:
Reproducible only on Windows 7.

Resolution Note (fix version 2019.2):
The format discovery phase of files having an audio track before the video track was hitting a behaviour difference in Media Foundation for Windows 7. Track iteration was adapted to avoid confusion between audio and video tracks that were leading to this crash.
