[Window Management] Pop-up windows's last active state is not saved
Reopening pop-up windows like 'Color Picker' or 'Asset Loader List' after closing them in a different position leads to them opening in the same default position and ignoring their last active state.
Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Hierarchy > Directional Light > Inspector > Color/Cookie
3. Reposition the pop-up window and close it
4. Repeat Step 2
Actual Result:
The Pop-up window reopens in the default place
Expected Result:
The Pop-up window should reopen in the same position it was closed in i.e. it should save the last active state
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a5, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.1.0a21
Working Fine on:
2020.1.0a20, 2019.3.6f1
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14, 10.15
Note:
As there is no way to make sure the window doesn't reopen in the same spot there's no workaround except keeping the window open.

Latest issues
