[Window Management] Editor doesn't remain Maximized upon Restart
The Editor opens up in Windowed mode instead of Fullscreen Mode on restarting. Even if "Load Previous Projects on Startup" is disabled and the Editor was maximized before restart as well.
Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Maximize the Editor if not already
3. Edit > Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Virtual Texturing > Enable
4. Restart as prompted
Actual Result:
Editor opens in Windowed mode and not Fullscreen as it was before restarting
Expected Result:
Editor should open in the same mode it was in before restarting
