[Linux] Window dock indicator does not represent window size and position when docked
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Set the layout to "Default"
3. Drag the "Console" tab to the bottom right corner of the screen then try docking it to anywhere the Hierarchy tab's location
4. Observe the size and position of the dock indicator
Expected result: The dock indicator represents the size and position of the tab the Console is being docked to
Actual result: The dock indicator is bigger and offset from the tab it's being docked to
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0a14
Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproducible on Windows 10
