[WinBootstrapper] UI issues with loading progress bar
Progress bars are shown on loading of license and components in DA, and UI looks broken (see screenshots below).
To repro:
1. Run DA.
2. Proceed to License page.
Note that progress bar has no borders and overlaps the page.
3. Proceed to Components page.
