[WIN 8 KN/N]VideoPlayer inadequate error reporting on errorReceived callback when Media Player is not present
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: Microsoft Media Foundation was not found, VideoPlayer cannot play clip
Actual result: VideoPlayer cannot play clip
Reproducible with - 2019.3.5f1
Couldn't test with - 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a4 (VideoClip import error, ADBv2)
