Whole project directory deleted when removing a package with a non-existent file path
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “Package_Uninstall_Bug_Backup“
2. Remove the “com.alex.fakepackage“ package in Package Manager
Expected result: Nothing is deleted since the “com.alex.fakepackage“ package doesn’t exist
Actual result: The whole project directory is deleted
Reproduced with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a17
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.2 (Intel), macOS 13.3.1 M1 (user reported)
