When using multiple render targets, Unity build releases Render texture buffers upon switching fullscreen/windowed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the project
2. Build for standalone with development build/allow script debugging/x64
3. Run the build
4. Press Alt + Enter a few times to switch Fullscreen/Windowed
5. Look at the output log
Result: "Releasing render texture whose render buffer is set as Camera's target buffer with Camera.SetTargetBuffers!"
Reproduced on 5.3.6f1, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
Not reproduced on 5.2.3f1
