When using materials with texture offsets, lightmapping sometimes uses zero offset instead of the correct offset
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene 'scene'
3. Open lightmapping tab
4. Bake lightmaps
5. Notice that incorrect offset is used for most of materials
