When client connects to nonexistent server it would not be able to connect to the server later even if it runs
1. Open attached project (UseWebSockets enabled there)
2. Build for Win and run
3. Press "LAN Client"
==>
No errors in the Development console
4. Run offline scene in the Editor
5. Lan HOST
6. Try to connect to this host from standalone again
==>
Nothing happens
