When camera's view port is changed, the part that is out of the camera view port is flicking randomly
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'MainScene'
3. Notice in MainCamera settings that View Port is changed
4. Build the project for webplayer
5. Notice that the part that is out of the camera view port is flicking randomly
By Design: This bug is going to be closed as by design because the behavior is expected - the part of screen outside camera viewport is undefined. One should cover it with one of the cameras.
