When adjusting Reference Resolution values, the canvas does not update without disabling/renabling the script
To reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Scene2'
3. Drag the Match width or height to 0 and notice the canvas stay the same size
4. Disable and enable the reference resolution component and the canvas will resize
