Weird colors on camera feed using ARCore with HDR enabled in Graphics Settings
When running ARCore with HDR enabled on certain devices (some models of Samsung S8+ and S9+), the green and blue color values in the camera video feed appear swapped.
This affects both Google's ARCore SDK for Unity and the ARCore XR Plugin package from Unity. The issue was first identified by this GitHub issue: https://github.com/google-ar/arcore-unity-sdk/issues/244

Resolution Note (fix version 1.0.0-preview.24):
The alpha channel of the camera texture appears to cause problems on some devices. This is unnecessary, since there is no blending required for the camera texture. Explicitly setting the alpha channel to 1 in the shader resolves the issue.
