WebRequest can't connect to localhost when HTTP is used for connection
Reproduction steps:
- Open the user’s attached project
- Open “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
- Enter the Play mode
- Inspect the Console window
Expected result: Error “localhost:6419: Error: Cannot connect to destination host” is thrown
Actual result: Error “InvalidOperationException: Insecure connection not allowed” is thrown
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a5, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6
