WebGPU: Firefox errors on many projects
Steps to reproduce:
- Build the project for web
- Open the build in firefox
Actual results:
Error about pipeline layout having an invalid bind group layout

- This is due to a bug in Firefox. Unity should work around this bug as the fix timeframe is unknown.
