WebGPU errors when Spatial-Temporal Post-Processing upscaling is used
Steps to reproduce:
- Change the URP render scale to something less than 1.0
- Change the Upscaling Filter method to Spatial-Temporal Post-Processing
- Change the Web Player graphics API to WebGPU
- Build and run for Web
Actual results:
The render is black with errors in the console
