[WebGL][Win 8.1] UI text does not show up after enabling the GameObject and GLctx.bindTexture is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "bug.zip" project
2. Go to File -> Build And Run
3. Press the "ClickToShowButton" button in the application
4. Observe the newly appeared button's text
Expected result: Text appears normally on the button
Actual result: No text appears on the button
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.2f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.2.0a12
Note:
- The issue is not reproducible on Windows 10
- The issue is only reproducible on Windows 8.1
